Having held various leadership positions in finance, media and manufacturing in Europe and the US, I have been running my own consultancy business advising and coaching leaders, founders, and their teams around transformations for the past 15 years with a focus on the people factor.    I believe in the power of human leadership, and as a coach I enable leaders, teams, and organizations to thrive and grow - from focusing on strengths to unlocking their potential to become the human leader they aspire to be. I am based in Munich, working internationally. And my biggest passions are spending time on my sailboat, in nature and going on new adventures.
