As an Executive leader, Master Coach and organizational industrial psychology professional with over 20 years of experience, my mission has been to promote the sustainable development of psychologically healthy workplaces. I'm especially committed to providing on boarding, coaching, mentoring and supervision to leaders looking for professional development and organizations promoting organizational excellence and wellness practices.

PERCEIVED COACHING EFFECTIVENESS SCALE RESEARCH

My most recent research study has demonstrated the effectiveness of coaching through the use of the Perceived Coaching Effectiveness Scale (Jones, 2016) adapted and translated for the Hispanic population by Velez (2019). The results presented an adequate instrument to measure the perceived coaching effectiveness in the Puerto Rican labor context, representing an important contribution to the literature and scientific practice of coaching and work & organizational psychology.

After working my way up from an entry-level human resources position to President of a multi-million dollar company for 8 years; founding and presiding Coachart Institute since 2006, I’ve been able to serve businesses in their organizational change processes, primarily in the areas of leadership and positive psychological capital which fosters efficacy, hope, optimism, productivity, and resilience.
