I strive to be an innovative and passionate Anti-Racism coach and consultant, and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. My personal Anti-Racism Journey began 17 years ago in Seattle, WA supporting Anti-Racist Profiling Training with the Seattle Police Department (there is absolutely a story there!).  My entire world changed as I moved from working in outreach and engagement work to becoming a facilitator, trainer, and organizer with the city of Seattle's Race & Social Justice Initiative (RSJI). I was fortunate to also be involved in community efforts through slam poetry, storytelling, and healing circles. In my final years at the city, I met my love as we both worked in the Office for Civil Rights and I asked her on a date my very last day!  As I have the gift of aging, I realized I had more energy and impact when I worked with people 1-1 and in small groups. I graduated from iPEC with my CPC in December 2019, received my ACC from ICF in 2020, and in March 2022, I received my PCC from ICF. I LOVE holding non-judgmental, curious, and open space for people to be able to remove any armor and/or covering behaviors they often wear to work. I have been so fortunate to support folx exploring, examining, untangling, debunking societal messages that strive to minimize their humanity, brilliance, and potential.

Looking forward to connecting, learning, and growing with you all!
