Helping them minimize uncertainties that could impact in their desired career/business results and linking those to their personal objectives of a fulfilling and successful life.

With more than 10 years as Executive Coach and more than 4.000 hours of experience Cecile provides coaching for executive, middle management and high potential clients. Areas of emphasis as a coach include management development, performance improvement, competencies and behavior development performance improvement, competencies and behavior development so that in a very client centered way could help them develop consistent strategies to work more effectively -  Emotional Intelligence centented and happily, with ethics and core values, visioning the organization’s objectives and a more fulfilling life.

With extensive experience as a Director/Sr. Manager, being part of executives committees. Before being a Coach developed a consistent career working with projects covering career/succession planning,  change management, transition management, culture changes, compensation projects,  start-ups, organization and professional development  that spans over 25 years over a wide array of industries and management levels mainly at multinational companies(i.e.: Chase Manhattan Bank, Philip Morris, IBM – Lotus, Ericsson- Marconi).
