Since January 2001, Christina’s passion is her work as a Wellness and Career Coach where she’s partnered with hundreds of individuals and teams in many industries. Since 2004, Christina has served as a faculty member with the Wellcoaches School of Coaching, Inc. where she is also a Mentor Coach and Practical Examiner. The Wellcoaches Training Program is built upon the Coaching Psychology Manual and was the first coaching textbook in healthcare and wellness. Christina is a member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.  Additionally, Christina is a graduate and undergraduate professor at three universities teaching Coaching Psychology related courses.

In 1996, she incorporated Performance IMPursuit Inc., a learning solutions company, where she is still actively involved in instructional design, facilitation, and consulting to create mobile app based, instructor led, and eLearning education for organizations in various industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, retail, financial, academic, technology, fitness, nutrition, etc.).  Christina’s experience engaging clients to develop personally and professionally includes coaching physicians, entrepreneurs, managers, trainers, healthcare providers, parents, psychologists, nurses, etc. and she is a mentor coach for aspiring coaches. 

Receiving a Master of Art in Education from The Ohio State University, she developed expertise in the areas of positive coaching psychology, career, personal and organizational development, instructional design, adult education, performance improvement, and training.  Additionally, Christina is working toward a PhD in Mind Body Medicine with a Integrative Functional Nutrition specialization from Saybrook University.  

Christina is a Board Certified Coach, BCC, carries a PCHWC, Professional Certified Health & Wellness Coach credential from Wellcoaches, Inc., a MCC, Master Certified Coach, with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a CPCC, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute.
