Since healing myself from my last (and final!) round of burnout in 2018, I’ve dedicated myself to helping other clinicians and leaders prioritize and focus on what matters most so that they can make a difference while having a life.

I help frontline physicians and advanced practice clinicians improve their professional and personal satisfaction by mastering prioritization, mindset, and focus.

I’m also an executive coach for mid-level through C-suite leaders where I serve as a sounding board, tough questioner, and accountability partner for leaders facing difficult challenges.

My experience provides me with the ability to bridge the clinical and administrative worlds, which helps both clinicians and leaders pierce through their blind spots to find transformational and sustainable solutions to vexing personal and professional problems.

I have deep experience in direct patient care (acute and ambulatory), hospital leadership, nonprofit board leadership, and health policy advocacy at the state and federal levels. Since graduating from the Yale University School of Medicine PA Program in 2002, I've practiced in Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, and Neurointerventional Radiology. In addition, I served as Director of Advanced Practice Provider Services at an academic medical center, focusing on operational effectiveness, interprofessional team development, regulatory compliance, and provider support and wellbeing.
