Craig Uthe, MD, board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, has been a Sanford physician since 1991.  He is the Executive Director of Clinician Professionalism at Sanford Health and Wellbeing Coach for medical students at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine.  His clinical practice is in the Sanford Sioux Falls Chronic Pain Clinic. 
Dr. Uthe also serves as medical advisor to the SD Health Professional Assistance Program. 

He and his wife, Joyce, have three grown children and one grandson, Luciano.  They reside in South Dakota where they enjoy spoiling their grandson upon every opportunity.
