I am an ex-BCG consultant who helps organizations across industries with organisational design, process simplification, and managing change programmes. Besides consulting, I coach and I train young executives in business & politics in relationship-building and meeting moderation. My background is in politics: as academic, lecturer, and manager in NGOs & politics for the last 15 years, recently as campaign manager for the 2019 European parliamentary elections. What I am passionate about: empowering others and helping communities come together.
