Diane provides life transition, career, executive and ethical leadership development coaching, in addition to client-centered organization counsel and outcomes based training in the nonprofit and higher education sectors in which she honed her career. She has provided extensive hours of coaching to a considerable number of satisfied clients. Their leadership skills and abilities have been unveiled and/or enhanced by her ability to engage clients as partners in their self-discovery and capacity to generate solutions. She also designed, developed and taught highly rated university-level, adult education courses in organizational leadership, ethical issues, public policy and financial resource development for nonprofits at Columbia University’s Institute for Not-for-Profit Management, William Paterson University and Rutgers University.
