In my solo practice, I specialize in working with professionals and organizations to maximize performance and enhance communicative competency using the Kantor Behavioral Profile and David Kantor’s Structural Dynamics Theory. The theory is based on the foundation of our childhood stories and the narratives we develop and ways we habitually behave - it is the foundation for making rapid change happen personally and professionally.
