Dr. Tracey Cantarutti is an   executive coach and leadership development consultant. She has coached global senior executives from all over the world while working with multi-national organizations in a variety of industries including health care, packaging, high technology and food processing.   Tracey has over 20 years of global business and team leadership experience, as both an executive and a consultant. She is a results-oriented talent management professional with a passion for enabling executives to reach their full leadership potential and a track record of motivating individuals and project teams to succeed.

Using an emotional intelligence framework, Tracey works with individuals and teams to help them become more self-aware as well as to understand others, in order to build more effective relationships that lead to success. She is a certified Hogan LEAD assessor, qualified to use the MBTI and MBTI Type II and certified to deliver the EQi2.0 assessment. She is experienced with numerous other assessments including the LSI, DiSC, the Birkman, Thomas-Kilman and Denison instruments. As a former executive, Tracey understands the issues leaders face and their environment, leading to deeper insights based on practical experience. 

Tracey holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a B.A. from the University of Illinois.
