Eileen Coskey Fracchia founded El Camino Group, LLC. with the goal of providing leaders with strengths-based insights, tools, and encouragement to lead more effectively -- accelerating their individual, team, and organizational performance by unleashing the brilliance in themselves and those they lead and serve. With decades of leadership and management experience, Eileen specializes in strategic and organizational effectiveness planning, executive and professional coaching, organizational and business consulting, business efficacy, and the design and delivery of customized learning solutions. Most recently, Eileen has partnered with TV/Film Producer Gary Foster - to launch Humanity on Set, bringing coaching, leadership efficacy to the production sets.

Eileen’s “first career” was in banking. She spent more than two decades as a executive leader at Wells Fargo, and held multiple positions in line, staff, and group management. As Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Regional Development, Eileen managed Strategic, Organizational, Talent, (Leader and Team Member) and Customer development in support of 50,000+ team members. She successfully navigated regional and enterprise strategic teams through 4 mergers and acquisitions. Eileen joined The Marcus Buckingham Company, (TMBC) as EVP, Chief Learning Officer, Lead Coach - and continues to enjoy a close partnership with TMBC and ADP.
A recognized speaker, Eileen presents at numerous companies’ meetings and industry conferences. Her signature topics include: Leading through Change, Team Member Development and Engagement, Women in Leadership, The Art of Coaching Coaches, Finding Your Way Forward from Cancer and other Life-Changing Events, Professional Growth Planning and most recently, Organizational and Leadership Efficacy. She is a Guide / Facilitator / Coach for Chief, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
Eileen holds a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from the University Of San Diego Graduate School Of Business. As an adjunct faculty member of Loyola Marymount University she led the Leadership Development / Coaching programming in the Executive MBA program and a guest speaker at the USC Price School of Public Policy, Pepperdine University/Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, USC School of Cinematic Arts, Colburn School of Music. Eileen is also a Founding Fellow and the West Coast Local Leader of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), a Harvard Medical School Affiliate. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and is certified through the International Coach Federation. Eileen recently co-authored the IOC Coaching Report: Leading with Humanity, The Future of Leadership and Coaching, and is authoring a chapter in the new book out March 2023, The Great LeadHERship Awakening.
Eileen is very active in the L.A. community. She is co-founder of the Women’s Leadership Network, Chair of the DEI committee and long-time executive boardmember of the JVS SoCal and serves on the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation Board of Directors. She is a named Thought Leader and Strategic Advisor of the IOC, and leads the Western U.S. IOC Roundtables.
Eileen and her husband, Don, are the very proud parents of Jamie (the banker), Anthony (the store manager) and Jason (the COO/Co-founder of a start-up).
