Eileen brings forty years of experience in health care operations and management consulting to her executive coaching practice. Eileen was a health care management principal at Deloitte for twenty years. As a Deloitte senior partner, she served on the US Board of Directors and the US Executive Committee.  She led the Deloitte Integrated Health Group’s national and global practice which consulted to physician groups, payers, hospital systems, and employers on the development, delivery, and financing of healthcare systems.

 

 Eileen served as the lead client service partner to the University of California for fifteen years and consulted with the medical centers at UCSD, UCLA, and UCSF. She also led engagements with Kaiser Permanente, Aetna, Healthnet, PacifiCare and over 100 hospitals and medical groups.  In her last position before retiring from Deloitte, Eileen was the National Managing partner of Research and Development, responsible for the firm’s thought leadership, knowledge management, industry research, and innovation. Prior to Deloitte, Eileen created three de novo healthcare consulting practices, directed two multi-specialty medical groups and worked for a physician-owned medical malpractice company.

 

 Her extensive leadership experience includes serving on nine boards in five industries, including serving as vice chair, finance chair, and strategy chair for the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. Other boards include Nevada Health Centers and Everi Holdings, Inc. (NYSE), where Eileen currently serves as chair of the nominating and governance committee. She is also an advisory board member to a privately held technology company.    

 

Eileen is a certified executive coach and career coach working with leaders in health care, professional services, and other industries to enhance their performance, prepare them for new positions and improve the performance of their teams.
