Elaine has been an executive coach for 20 years. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Prior to becoming a consultant, Elaine worked internally in training and organizational development for 17 years leading people, projects, and company-wide change initiatives. She held senior leadership and organizational development positions at IDX Systems Corporation, Putnam Investments, Keystone Investments, and BayBanks, Inc.
