Elena Cavallo is a seasoned healthcare professional, certified coach, and founder of Quilting Health LLC. To help individuals and teams attain personally meaningful results, she integrates her broad experience and training, analytical and intuitive approaches.

Elena brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, cross-functional team leadership, multinational clinical trial oversight in research collaborations with medical centers in 30+ countries, community health non-profit development, coaching and consulting with local and global clients at all levels of the organization and across disciplines.

As a leadership and transformation coach, Elena specializes in serving individuals and teams in healthcare. She holds an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Brandeis University and a Master’s in Management from the Harvard Extension School, as well as Brown University / ACT method certifications in Team Coaching, Leadership and Performance Coaching, and Leadership Coaching for Healthcare Professionals. In addition, Elena enjoys learning about complementary medicine traditions and wisdom practices from different cultures, weaving these perspectives into her service.
