I possess 20 years of Fortune 100 executive experience leading teams in strategy and innovation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, internal culture, and large scale change initiatives. My coaching clients receive informed insight and an insider’s perspective because I truly understand what they face every day — I’ve been there. I understand what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment making decisions that impact people and the bottom line.

My approach to coaching stems from my personal belief that everything that happens in life, business, and leadership is either a gift or an opportunity for a new possibility. I love the journey of life. I thrive on movement, change, and new experiences … I’m exhilarated rather than daunted by fresh challenges and situations. I’m personally inspired by learning so I constantly seek new opportunities and experiences in which to immerse myself for growth and evolution. I want that for everyone I work with!

My energy and intensity are boundless — both physically and intellectually. I’m inquisitive and constantly exploring the boundaries of what’s possible. While I have an appetite for the constant process of change, it sits on a foundation of calmness and control. This grounds me in the here and now, allowing me to be fully present to support and guide you.
