As Chief Executive Coach, he believes that the CEO/C-Suite role is like no other, and winning or losing comes down to one thing competing and defeating the STATUS QUO. He plays the nerd and goodwill sounding board to challenge their certainty to maximize their impact on the main elements of their role and plug effectiveness leaks that help avoid unnecessary risk and interference.

Broadly there are two ways in which he helps his clients:

  1. First, as a troubleshooting coach who can be parachuted in when pressure develops - This is what often happens when he first engages with his clients, Coach El-Tell brings expertise and know-how to pragmatically reframe problems without internal bias, manage complex interrelationships, unleash team ideas from the front line through to C-suite, and partners with them in the planning, strategy, tactics, and implementation, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

  2. The second type  is more sophisticated, providing long-term enterprise ambition-focused programs to increase the capacity and potential in key businesses initiative to alter the strategic, operational, and value creation trajectory.

So that's the theory, now for some real-world examples:

He helped newly hired leaders to reshape the inherited team and protect early wins, and in his work with business partners he helped them to call higher and wider by removing fear and uncertainty associated with challenging situations and replacing it with clarity of action. and a number of newly promoted family business leaders were also supported by him to improve their ability to stay united as a family and successful as a business.

60% of his clients have improved corporate and executive performance and 50% were retained 200% longer than the average tenur

Coach El-Tell knows what it means to re-structure an organisation, push leadership agenda far and hard, and manage a business to exceed quarterly objectives, and this is reflected in the roll-up-your-sleeves coaching style he utilizes with executives, business leaders, and their successors.

His experience includes Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America as a line executive and a performance improvement consulting expert. This has enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of the demands of executive teams, global competition in the marketplace, and stakeholders management. The combination of this real-world experience, along with his role as a consultant on Harvard negotiation program (getting to yes), as well as his knowledge and experience in the neuroscience of decision making, cognitive psychology, and behavioral change are expressed in his coaching methods.

Coach El-Tell received his training from Coachville. After completing his ACTP, he pursued chartered qualification in applied leadership team coaching science - a postgraduate diploma from the chartered management institute, and is an ICF Credential-holder PCC level.
