Jane is passionate about quality Organisational Coaching that gets results. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), an Accredited Team Coach and an Oxford Brookes Accredited Coaching Supervisor. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Doctor of Professional Coaching Candidate (DProf) at Monarch Business School.

Jane’s coaching experience includes leading in complex systems, change, transition, executive presence, resilience, wellbeing and leading across cultures. Her formative years were in commercial roles in publishing in the UK and The Netherlands. On relocating to Australia her career developed with a focus on training and leader development. She has owned her own coaching practice since 2006, and previously held the roles of Head of Education and Head of Coaching at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). Alongside her own practice work and research activities she currently holds the role of Master Coach at IECL where her work if focused on Executive, Teams and Boards and oversight of IECL’s International Coach Federation ACTP Coaching training.
Outcomes of working with Jane have included increased effectiveness in decision-making, strategic focus, leader presence and wellness, behavioural development and effective transition. When working with teams her focus is on increased performance outcomes through enabling teams to understand and work with their own dynamics, behaviours, decision-making and systemic patterns. Jane’s coaching approaches are grounded in developmental, narrative and systems theories. When working with teams, group dynamics also inform her practice.
