Jeannine is a highly sought out planning and performance professional with more than fifteen years of experience. She has always loved the intersection of planning, performance and public service to strengthen our confidence in public institutions and currently leads the Customer Service Planning & Performance team at Burbank Water and Power, her local municipal utility. 

Why Coaching? After more than ten years facilitating organizational-wide strategy development, implementation plans, and performance management with inconsistent results, she realized the need to start with investing in people first, and support them to become the leaders required to usher in innovation, accountability and results. This lead her to study the coaching discipline and earn her Coaching Certification from the Brave Thinking Institute

Jeannine earned her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies at UC Berkeley and her Masters in Business Administration from UCLA Anderson and is excited to be part of the Institute of Coaching community. She is open to collaboration opportunities in writing, teaching, and workshops in service of advancing the science and practice of coaching.
