I am a seasoned leader, strategist and problem solver. I am also a university educated coaching psychologist (MSc Coaching Psychology, University of Sydney) and help organisations and individuals to understand and reach their potential through evidence-based coaching.

I have 18 years’ experience from professional service firms, private equity, venture capital and the finance industry. The last years I have focused on assisting companies to reach greatness as a non-executive director or as an independent advisor to boards of directors. I also coach institutions and individuals by applying evidence-based practices firmly rooted in applied psychology.

My main strength as an executive coach is my extensive personal experience from the highest leadership levels in the corporate world - which means I actually understand business and leadership and the challenges of C-suite roles. I am at my best when coaching executives transitioning into new positions and high potentials.
