Joan is a certified Life and Personal Growth Coach with a passion for helping clients overcome their limitations and break through the barriers that hold them back from achieving their true potential and happiness. Joan holds a MSc. in Human Resource Management, with a major in Human Resource Development. With over 20+ years as a Learning & Development Specialist she has built a successful track record in designing, development and delivering learning solutions for leaders at all levels and overall employee performance improvement initiatives. Joan is also a WBECS Certified Breakthrough Coach (WBECS - World Business & Executive Coach Summit).

Being the 9th of 10 children, a Wife and Mother of two sons, she is family oriented and very keen on creating and maintaining healthy relationships. Her personal love for Music and Art and all things in nature is her happy place.
