Jo Grover Watson is a board certified coach and a published member of the International Coaching Federation. She received her undergraduate degree in communications from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in social work from New York University.

In 2017 an equestrian accident during a competition in the jumper ring shattered her left her shoulder. Two years later, she competed in the Master’s World Championship for rowing in Sarasota. Jo practices what she teaches and creates change on macro and micro levels. She founded an environmental stewardship program fresh out of college.  It has since grown tenfold and today serves as a model for coastal towns. Her belief in access and diversity in education led her to be a founding board member of the Posse Foundation in Miami. 

Jo is the first person in the US to become certified in functional imagery training, F.I.T. Her clients include top athletes, Fortune 500 executives, global entrepreneurs and the U.S. government,
