John Volturo is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed PCC Executive Coach and 2021 President of ICF in Los Angeles (ICF-LA, PCC). Before becoming a Coach, John was a successful Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager, and Board Member at startup, mid-size, and large private and publicly traded companies. He built revenue-generating diverse and inclusive global teams, helping generate over $1.5B in top-line growth. 

Today, John works with C-Suite executives, peak potentials, and leadership teams. He coaches leaders to develop evolved skills around vision, clarity, mindset, values alignment, decision-making, and healthier conversations. He also helps leaders hire, train, and retain peak-performing teams. John believes in coaching the whole person.

John works with businesses like Twitter, Credit Karma, Iterable, Capital One, IBM, Slack, Viacom, Spark Networks, Bertelsmann, Guthy-Renker, Frontdoor, and SunPower. At Guthy-Renker, John's team built out products, commercials, and marketing for Life Master Anthony Robbins' Get the Edge and Ultimate Edge. 

John's credentials include an MBA and certifications in Enneagram, Energy Leadership, DISC, and Conscious Business. As a facilitator, workshop developer, speaker, panelist, lecturer, podcaster, and former founder, John is a passionate champion for individual, team, and organizational health and advocates for diversity, equity, inclusion.

John's a native New Yorker (from Brooklyn and Manhattan) and currently lives in Los Angeles with his husband, twins, and Charlie, the dog.
