Joyce is the Managing Director of Calculus of Talent, a global network of professional talent management practitioners. The network addresses the changing needs of today’s workforce.

Her expertise lies in business and talent strategy development, change management and organizational improvement.  Joyce is an executive coach and consults on talent development strategies for the future.

Joyce began her career in actuarial and information technology at Travelers and Pratt & Whitney and held a variety of leadership positions in talent management, organizational change and executive development at Hartford Financial Services and Aetna.

Prior to launching Calculus of Talent, Joyce was VP of HR & Talent Management at BTS, a global consultancy in strategy execution and change, where she built the end-to-end talent processes to position the firm for rapid expansion and growth.

Throughout her career, Joyce has actively sponsored the advancement of Women in STEM through her roles on University boards and leadership of women career development initiatives.
