She specializes in life and leadership coaching, as well as team coaching and development. Her approach can be described as holistic, strength-based, systemic, and eclectic. She is an ACC-credentialed coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Solution Focused Coach by the Academy of Solution Focused Training Singapore, and an ACE-certified Coach by ICF co-founder David Goldsmith and Google's former head of executive coaching and leadership David Peterson. She also holds a certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from the Harvard Law School Executive Education and is working on getting certified as a Team, Board and Systemic Coach at the Henley Business School, UK. Prior to coaching, she held management-level roles in corporate social responsibility and stakeholder relations. She formed her own coaching and consulting business in the Philippines in 2018 after 12+ years in the corporate development sector. She is now based in Bakersfield, California, USA where she operates her coaching business, Joyful Transformations LLC.
