My work experience includes 20 years of experience in areas of adult and workplace learning, leadership development, coaching, facilitation, curriculum design, performance management and talent management. Professional accomplishments include establishing and managing an award-winning coaching program, creating a comprehensive leadership development program for managers that contributed to an increased employee net promoter score, and developing employee recognition and performance management initiatives resulting in higher employee engagement.
