+ Experience Highlight

Turning moments of weakness into strength.

+ Who I am

I’ve helped guide thousands of people from different work-life walks to bring out their best by focusing on their strengths. I’d love to show you how to hone and apply your strengths today so you can hit your daily goals and maximize your career-life success too. Please feel free to share your questions with me anytime via DM or email: kimberlie.izaguirre.merlos@betterupcoaches.co. I’m happy to help and looking forward to meeting you.

+ My Outlook

My outlook on coaching starts with the question: Are you using all of your strengths at work-home? Studies show it’s very likely you’re not, which means you’re also not thriving. If you’d like to tap into your strengths, we’ll change that by working through your strength assessments together. Following evidence-based steps will help you successfully apply the lessons you’re learning along the way—like how to identify your strengths and simple actions you can take each week to push your time at W&H towards activities that strengthen you and away from those that don’t. You’ll get tips on how to talk to your boss, colleagues, friends and family about your strengths and weaknesses without sounding like you’re boasting or complaining. Our time together is the daily habit that'll keep you on your strengths path for the rest of your current goal, as well as, your career-life.

+ My Proudest Accomplishment

Learning to walk again. When I was 24, I injured my spine. Overnight I found myself in a wheelchair and homebound. I dropped out of college and spent the next few years rehabbing with one goal in mind: "I'm going to walk again, pain-free." Here I am a decade later—sprinting—and it's one of the most gratifying experiences seeing my biggest wish come true.

+ What I’m Most Grateful For

My mom. She raised us through many life challenges. Her strength give me the courage to dream big and do it at 100%.
