Drawing from her existentialist, yet data-driven perspective, Kimberly engages in deep and meaningful conversations, empowering individuals to embrace their autonomy and make conscious decisions that align with their life purpose. Her own journey has revealed profound truths about the significance of self-care and intentional living, spurring her mission to help others embark on a journey of self-discovery and authenticity.
In her coaching practice, Kimberly seamlessly integrates subjective aspirations with evidence-based methodologies rooted in neuroscience. Recognizing the importance of understanding the science behind human behavior, she has pursued rigorous training and certifications, including completion of coaching training accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Institute of Coaching through McLean, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Additionally, she holds certifications in both Stress Management as well as Behavioral Health Change, both from Yale University. On the executive side, Kimberly has pursued advanced knowledge in Leadership and Management through The Wharton School. Currently, Kimberly is advancing her expertise with studies in Neurobiology from the University of Chicago with certification expected in 2024 (ahead of schedule). Continuously committed to expanding her knowledge of how the brain works to inform human behavior, Kimberly strives to equip herself with the latest scientific tools and research to better serve her clients.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kimberly finds joy in spending time with her three daughters and her three energetic pups. Actively engaged in the animal rescue community and advocating for the advancement of the chronically ill, she embodies a commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
