Klaus has been working as a leadership advisor for more than 20 years. He worked as an executive search consultant at RussellReynolds, a strategy consultant at A.T. Kearney and as investment banker at UBS. He also served as a submarine officer in the German Navy.
Klaus has been on the board of several private equity funds and management consulting firms, acting as a trusted advisor for CEO's and their management teams.
Having experienced major transitions himself, he puts effective leadership in the centre of his activities and is passionate about maximising the human impact of leaders in the transition from top managers to thoughtful business leaders.
His academic background is in social & political sciences (M.A. Hamburg University), business administration (M.B.A. ESCP Europe, Paris) and Business Coaching (Mastered Programme, Meyler Campbell, London).
He also is a regular participant of the Mobius Next Practice Institute‘s annual transformational training program.
