I help professionals achieve their leadership and wellness goals. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology. I have worked with leaders from many of the top Fortune 100 organizations. So, I understand the challenges leaders and professionals face in high-pressure environments.
In addition, before I became a coach, I was working long hours in a very demanding job. Unfortunately, I was also mismanaging my stress, eating lots of junk food, not exercising, sleeping poorly, and not having any fun. I didn't realize it at the time but I was unwittingly trading my well-being, health, and relationships for career success!
Fortunately, I enrolled in a wellness class offered through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine where I learned about an integrative approach to health. I was so impressed by the scientific research supporting an integrative approach that I made several lifestyle changes.
After several months of concerted effort, I began to feel inspired, calm, connected, rested, and productive again. I was so happy with my lifestyle changes that I took my efforts to the next level and became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Now, I work with leaders to strike a healthy work-life balance so they can make a bigger impact and avoid burnout.
