I work with leaders and their teams to develop resilience and self-awareness to lead from within. I have dedicated most of my professional life to achieve significant personal and organizational transformation through leadership coaching, consulting, and training. I have been a visiting professor for the executive education programs at INCAE Business School focusing on leadership development. I am a lifelong learner and I love to travel around the world. I have worked with leaders in different parts of the world. My work has impacted companies mainly in Latin-American countries. I started my professional career in the banking industry and before becoming a coach I worked in Mexico, Costa Rica and lived and studied the US.

I integrate my knowledge and experience in economics and business strategy, with the human aspects of leadership growth such as positive psychology, neuroscience, and stress management. I have more than 6500 hours of coaching experience. I have supported clients across a range of sectors from banking, to pharma, software, e-commerce and insurance, among others. I have experience as a team developer. From C-suite executives to frontline leaders, I have worked with leaders at all levels. I have developed an expertise on coaching executives on transitions: from individual contributor to leader of a team, from leading 80 to leading 800, and so on. On coaching teams, I have developed an expertise on the leadership team of several multinational companies that are facing different transitions such as organizational design, cultural change, M&A, etc. I know how to work with different cultures and I have been raised in a multicultural family. I have coached and consulted family businesses. I have studied leadership and gender, taught about it, and have coached many female leaders on how to overcome impostor syndrome. I have developed a training in leadership & coaching that is accredited by ICF, and through the years, I have formed at least 12 leaders and coaches every year by ICF ACSTH standards (Level1).

From a coach entrepreneur offering individual coaching around 12 years ago, I have evolved. Today, I still coach leaders and teams, but is not only "me", but "us". I lead a boutique practice that offers individual coaching, group-team coaching, trainings, e-learning, events, and assessments with an associate coach pool.

Coaching is a passion, a happy place, gives me purpose and so much more.
