I am passionate about developing self-awareness and leading younger generations in personal/professional growth.
I believe that all leaders must commit to life-long learning to sustain in a globalized society. This includes embracing on how life experiences mold our perceptions, form our beliefs, and ultimately manifest in our actions.

I approach facilitating leadership discussion with a humanistic focus to discover the best opportunities toward achieving mutual understanding. Teachable moments are built that create a psychologically safe environment and allows participants to connect cognitively and emotionally, all while fostering self-awareness.

My dissertation research explored the most difficult challenges, best strategies, definitions of success for millennial generation leaders. The research also solicited from the (millennial) cohort, their best advice for Generation Z in leadership.

Speaking topics are concentrated in three general areas of specialized interested:
