Linda Miklas is skilled in helping teams and individuals achieve relevant results. Linda is an accomplished coach, facilitator, and manager. Her areas of emphasis include executive development, leading change, project and program management, and communication.
Linda's professional history includes a unique combination of operations management and people development, with specific experience leading large-scale change initiatives. She has held key leadership roles in a variety of industries including consulting, banking, aviation, and records and information management; each with a consistent attraction – the opportunity to build a new function or service. Linda takes a practical approach to organization planning, productivity, and quality, aimed toward strengthening individual and team performance.
Linda holds an M.A. in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior and a B.A. in English- Communications, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching, the Professional Coach Credential with the International Coach Federation, and the SPHR Certificate (Senior Professional of Human Resources). Linda has contributed as a coach and facilitator for Executive Education programs offered by Harvard Business School – the Program on Leadership Development, the General Management Program, and Leading Change and Organizational Renewal. Linda has served as adjunct faculty at the Harvard Extension School, teaching Organization Behavior in the graduate-level management degree program.
