During my 30+ year career, I’ve worked in organizational development, communications, human resources, and project management with a crown corporation, Accenture Business Services, CARE International, and a regulatory agency. My spouse's sudden death in 2011 forced me to reconstruct my life and belief system, a process in which coaching was integral. Since then, I have continued to push myself out of comfort and into learning through three years of rock climbing, my own coaching certification, and a one-year volunteer placement in Malawi. My time in Malawi tested my adaptability, challenged my North American paradigms, and taught me about the value of connecting across differences. 

These experiences have enabled me to stand with my clients in facing difficult realities; orient them towards their values and purpose; facilitate collaboration across diverse backgrounds, cultures, and interests; support them in their courageous expeditions; and celebrate their success.
