Drawing upon her 20 years’ diverse and extensive corporate experience, Lynn  enjoys helping executives, managers and individual contributors from leading organizations to restructure and energize their work lives. She has extensive coaching experience working across a range of industries from high technology and life sciences to luxury and service and her coachees hold key functional roles in sales, marketing, operations, finance, IT, supply chain, HR, corporate communication and consulting.

Lynn’s coaching focuses on client results in terms of personal leadership, team engagement, communication, executive presence and business performance. For her, the pinnacle of her work lies in creating exceptional client growth experience, which results in measurable results as always. Being given credit for change-induced results is often why clients come back for her coaching.

One of the most important clients of Lynn is Microsoft. Since 2014, Lynn has been serving this privileged client and so far she has coached more than 250 people of the company based in multiple locations. The coachees include Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Singaporean，American, Vietnamese, Indian and Australian managers and team leaders, and it has been a wonderful experience to support their growth and make a difference in their life.

Lynn’s other clients include American Express, AB InBev, Novartis, Salesforce, HSBC, Chevron, VMware, Facebook, Snap Inc, NetApp, Colgate, Goodyear, Dolby, Google, Toss, Swagelok, Edwards Lifesciences, ServiceNow, Four Seasons Hotel, Mars, DPR, Thermo Fisher, LVMH, Octave and business schools such as Tsinghua, Beijing and Tongji. She also coaches individual professionals in transitions.

To Lynn, coaching is an art and the coachee is that person to draw a beautiful picture, and he/she is free to make decisions about that the picture. She finds coaching to be her passion and a talent, while in the same time she spots strengths in her clients, with which they can become better and more successful.

Prior to coaching, Lynn had 2 decades’ experience in corporate HR function, having held key country HR roles such as HRD for Hasbro, one of the leading toy companies in the world, and HRD for Bacardi, a recognized consumer brand, HRM for AXA and a HRM for Credit Suisse. When in her earlier career, she worked in HR function in companies such as Motorola and Philips.  

Lynn is currently based in Shanghai. In her free time she enjoys photography, yoga, spiritual pursuits and volunteer work. For more than 20 years, she has made donations to UN Children Emergency Fund helping more kids live a better life.
