I am a coach and facilitator for the Major Projects Leadership Academy at the Saïd Business School.  I work part time with senior UK civil servants responsible for running large, complex, high profile public projects.  I also coach on the Oxford Executive MBA Programme and the Oxford MBA Programme.  I am a graduate of the Meyler Campbell "Mastered" business coaching programme and an accredited executive coach with the Association for Coaching.

In my previous career  was a partner in a major international law firm specialising in commercial and financial work for over 30 years, working primarily in the IT and e-commerce industries for 15 years. I gained particular expertise in strategic projects such as outsourcing, technology transfer and major systems development, which require a combination of legal, commercial and management skills.
 
I have considerable experience of charitable organisations and projects with Pilotlight, coaching and mentoring CEOs and chairs of trustees in the management and development of charitable organisations.  I read law at University College Oxford.
