I started out as a radio journalist, then moved into corporate public affairs, fundraising and professional networking. My clients have their own expertise  - including healthcare, accountancy, cyber security, data and analytics, academia or sustainability. Together we create a powerful toolkit for leadership: “I don’t think I’d have stayed in this job without Mary. And she’s never preachy!” My 2024 work includes running the Emerging Leaders Programme at Oxford University Hospitals; as well as being an external examiner for Henley Business School's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. My work is trauma-informed, and I have experience working with personal challenge such as bereavement, divorce, late-diagnosed ADHD and families affected by suicide.
