With over 25 years of consulting plus coaching experience, I founded Realize to help leaders build extraordinary teams. Whether working with a CEO and his or her leadership team, addressing hundreds of senior executives during a conference or workshop, or working with a client in a coaching session, I aim to bring passion, enthusiasm and pragmatism for organizational health to every client I touch.

Currently, I work with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts related to organization health in order to improve their alignment as well as overall business performance. My clients span a broad spectrum of various industries, including health care, technology, and financial services.

Prior to starting my consulting practice, I was a vice president at HCA, founding partner at Omega Point Consulting, and senior manager with Ernst & Young. I received an MBA in management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.  I am a Stakeholder Centered Coaching certified coach.

I am the proud mother of three daughters and three step-kids, I live with my husband in Nashville, TN and Falmouth, MA.
