Maureen’s skill and sensitivity as an executive coach are informed by her core values of empathy, acute listening and respect — the same qualities that fueled her professional success with complex firms such as GE Asset Management and Bear Stearns. She delights in helping her clients overcome roadblocks to advancement, find the emotional intelligence they need to re-engineer their ways of working — and achieve the long-term professional and personal satisfaction they deserve.

Working both with her own clients and as a Senior Advisor with Boston Consulting Group, Maureen focuses her practice on change management, leadership development, career acceleration, and building diverse, collaborative work environments.

Maureen has extensive experience as an independent director, with assignments spanning compensation, enterprise risk, credit and executive committee roles. Currently, she sits on the boards of the Natixis/Loomis Sayles Mutual Funds, Sterling National Bank, and The Foundation for City College of New York, and has served on the investment boards of several U.S. and European funds as well. Instrumental to her successful board work are her expertise in capital markets and her consensus-building leadership style.

Among her many career honors, Maureen was named one of the 50 Top Power Women in the U.S. by Irish America.

Maureen is an in-demand speaker and panelist on topics such as economic and business trends, women’s leadership, career acceleration, board diversity and business transformation. She writes frequently on these and other issues in major publications.
