As the leader of JC Max Consulting & Coaching, Maxine brings deep knowledge spanning 30 years in Human Resources with a specialty in Business and Executive Coaching, She has a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Diversity Recruiting, introducing and implementing  a Culture of Inclusion and Belonging as well as Learning and Development.   In her Executive Coaching practice, Maxine’s approaches coaching relationships and engagement in an atmosphere of trust, creating lasting meaningful change in individuals and organizations, giving employees and individuals a sense of accomplishment, empowerment, balance, and freedom as they view their growth, success, and long-term potential for accomplishment.  She uses personalized coaching with professionals, executives and those who desire to reach their optimum potential to uncover new career passion bringing tangible outcomes to their lives and careers. As a business partner, she is regarded as a valued, collaborative and trusted member of senior management teams of organizations and clients’  businesses.  Participating in strategic business decisions, Maxine has developed HR and Talent Strategies to support business goals, including identifying talent requirements and aligning workforce and HR practices.   Maxine has a proven performance record for learning and assessing organizations and partnering with leadership on delivering bottom-line results.  Maxine received her Bachelors's degree in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College and has completed graduate-level courses at Tuck Executive Education @ Dartmouth, New York Institute of Technology, Life/Career Coaching Certification from the Life Coaching Institute and a Graduate  Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College. Maxine and her husband Jesse live in the Greater Tampa, Florida area.
