As a marketing and design director of corporate clients for over 20 years, my passion was bringing out the relatable nature of each brand. Then, through words and images, connecting “experience” with “value and meaning.” As an executive leadership and relationship coach, I draw on those insights and my studies in neuroscience and behavior to free clients and companies from inertia and hidden pitfalls — patterns affecting the health of their culture and, ultimately, the bottom line.

Along the way, I realized two things: one, behind every question or problem, there’s a subconscious disconnect often fed by fear. Two, I came into this world with an uncommon perception of fear, able to spot elusive, disconnecting patterns.

Those tools empowered me to work through paralyzing and life-threatening experiences, and led me back to a priceless asset tucked away—the innate wisdom and discernment of the heart. And within that energetic powerhouse, I discovered the most effective change agent—my intact sense of self and the innate resources needed to breathe life back into everything I love.
