I am an MCC level ICF coach currently a candidate for the degree of Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) at Harvard Extension School in the Field of Psychology.

My mission is to give people the knowledge, network and tools to change the world, one conversation at a time with a special interest in educators and leadership in public school systems.

To live out my mission, I co-founded the Canada Coach & Mentor Academy Inc (business partner to the ICF) to create a safe place for people to learn a new way of being; to challenge paradigms and sit in discomfort as they create awareness. People from all walks of life come to us to learn the skill of coaching to help others live their best lives. Leaders of large companies, department managers, team leads, helping professionals, HR professionals, non-profit organizations, bankers, scientists, PhDs, yoga instructors, dancers, teachers, moms and dads all come to us to learn how to make a difference.

Canada Coach & Mentor Academy Inc is made in Canada for the world to experience. We believe in continuous education and pushing boundaries. Discomfort is what we strive for, because in it we know we are growing.
