Dr. Nathan Mellor is the CEO of Strata Leadership, LLC . He serves as a sounding board, trusted advisor and a source of encouragement for leaders. Dr. Mellor is a proven executive coach who has conducted over 4,000 documented coaching sessions and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. He is a two-time TEDx speaker and the author of Sleeping Giants: Authentic Stories and Insights for Building a Life That Matters. 

Strata Leadership was founded in 2009. The professionals at Strata partner with individuals and organizations throughout the United States and abroad to provide executive coaching, training and events that are intended to "elevate life at work." Strata is the home of the Center for Workplace Coaching and the Institute for Emerging Leaders. In addition, Strata collaborates with numerous organizations to offer custom multi-day Leadership Academies that provide participants life transforming leadership development experiences. 

In pursuit of educational, humanitarian and religious interests, he has studied or taught in: Australia, Belize, China, England, Guyana, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, Russia and Rwanda. He is passionate about developing future leaders and is the co-founder of the Presidential Leadership Institute, hosted on the campus of York College, in collaboration with the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum. He has taught at Baker College, Oklahoma Baptist University, Oklahoma Christian University and Pepperdine University. He is currently the Executive Director of the Harding University Center for Organizational Leadership where he teaches leadership courses. 

Dr. Mellor earned the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership degree from Pepperdine University, where he was a Colleagues Grant recipient. He earned the Master of Dispute Resolution degree from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was named a Straus Fellow. He earned the Master of Science in Education degree from Harding University while serving as the Graduate Assistant to the University President. He earned the Bachelor of Arts from Harding University where he was elected Student Association President. He received the Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACPEC) certification from the College of Executive Coaching.  

Nathan and his wife, Christie, live in Edmond, Oklahoma. They have two college aged daughters.
