Pamela began her career with the Bank of Bermuda in the corporate banking department. After graduate school, she continued her career in the banking industry working in both Chicago and New York. Pamela then joined Wellington Management in Boston where she was instrumental in forming the Firm’s Insurance Asset Management Group, growing assets from just under $100 million to over $20 billion.

In 2003, she made a life-changing decision, giving up her successful corporate career for travel, self-exploration. She then stepped into a 10-year career in the not-for-profit sector back in her island home of Bermuda.

As the Executive Director of The Centre on Philanthropy, she re-built the organisation, creating a vibrant and essential support mechanism for Bermuda’s charitable sector.

In 2013, feeling restless once again, and realising that she was being called to use her skills in a different way, she stepped out of the traditional work force and started Transform, a coaching and consulting firm, working to change the world one conversation at a time.

Since then she has had the privilege of working with individuals and organisations, partnering with them to solve challenges large and small.  She continues her connection to the charitable sector by serving on the protector committee of the Cummings V. Zuill Leadership Award.
