Pascal believes leadership is a vital energy source to create abundance for humanity and the world. He is 
a leadership coach, business executive, and board member devoted to supporting clients on their opportunity path forward in a world of complexity, ambiguity, and emerging dynamics.

Pascal is the Founder and Principal of PaF Strategy + Insights, LLC, a boutique executive and leadership performance coaching and consulting firm that helps clients to liberate aspirations, enhance performance, and create an abundance mindset for self, teams, companies, and communities. In partnership with Pascal, clients learn how to make enlightened growth from the vulnerable parts of life that we all experience in our own ways. He is a reliable partner and sounding board who guides clients through the unpredictable, uncertain, evolving, and abundant nature of work culture and corporate life.

He lends his wisdom and expertise at the intersection of the individual and the organization, helping clients to visualize and shape their desired workspace and find a purpose they love. He challenges clients intellectually while creating a solid foundation for action and improvement. To this work, Pascal brings creativity, intellectual curiosity, honesty, sound judgment, humility, and perspective. 

With a thoughtful and generous spirit, Pascal has played a critical role in his clients’ personal transformations. He is an empathic listener, an insightful mentor, and a trusted advisor. He affects positive change in self-esteem and confidence by advocating and supporting authentically. He helps clients connect with the world, create a vision of the future, be present in the moment, look inward with clarity, establish values, and manifest abundance in their daily lives. His genuine interest in each client’s development is empowering, as he shares everything he knows. 

Pascal has coached and mentored many individuals at different career stages—from new graduates to C-suite executives. He brings 30 years of business success leading transformations for large teams and iconic brands. Most recently, he served as an SVP and member of the Executive Leadership Team at Altria. During his tenure 

at Altria, Philip Morris USA, and Apple, Pascal held leadership positions in marketing, brand management, insights & innovation, and sales. He advised executive teams on active and emerging consumer and marketplace dynamics requiring critical action. He led with humanity, humility, and a commitment to learning.

Pascal is a certified executive and leadership coach by the International Coaching Federation, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Harvard Medical School. His training and credentials are extensive and complement decades of business experience. He earned a Master’s 
in Management of Technology and Innovation at the Université Paris-Dauphine, and a Master’s in Business Management and Economics at the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. He has also completed advanced training in leadership, adult development, organizational culture, diversity/equity/inclusion, polarities and paradox, change, complexity, and systems. He served in the Infantry in the French Army and is bilingual in English/French.

Pascal was an Executive Sponsor of the Altria Asian-American and the Hispanic Employee Resource Groups. He has served as a Board Member of Richmond 2015, Inc., The World Cycling Championship, and Keep America Beautiful. He captained a Junior Tennis Team to a USTA National Tennis Championship and served as President 
of the Richmond Velo Sports Cycling and Triathlon Racing Club. He is an active Board Member of the Community in Schools National Office, currently serving on the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee.

Pascal is married with three young adult children. He is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading, music, art, tennis, and hiking.
