One of the original trailblazers behind coaching in the UK, Philip has been with The Alexander Partnership since its inception in the 80s.

Philip provides leaders with the space, insight and impetus to meet significant personal and professional challenges. He has successfully supported hundreds of CEOs and senior executives at critical times in their careers. Motivated by the opportunity to ‘enable’, his coaching ethos is based upon using positive psychology to promote personal growth and increase performance.

Formerly, the Managing Director of a major sports chain, Philip has a wealth of practical management, retail sales and marketing experience.

With over 10,000 hours of executive coaching hours behind him, clients are attracted to the depth of his expertise and and his supportive, challenging coaching style. Philip is highly skilled in steering clients through demanding business agendas and in enabling them to successfully transition into new challenges, becoming more creative, resilient, self aware and impactful.

Philip works with clients to define, shape and implement strategy and culture change that influence growth and bottom line results. He is equally experienced in developing, dynamic and high-performing senior teams that fully leverage the strengths of their people.
