Rachel Bellack is an ICF Credentialed Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Organizational Development Consultant as well as an actor and award-winning director. She uses Strengths Based Coaching, Positive Psychology and Applied Improvisation to assist individuals, teams and organizations in areas such as, leadership development, agility and resilience, team building, diversity, equity and inclusion, innovation and creativity. After moving to the USA from Canada, she was invited to join the famed Second City as an instructor at the Detroit Training Center and has served as adjunct faculty and guest lecturer at a variety of universities. In addition to her role at The Improv Advantage, Rachel is the Director at Michigan Actors Studio and a Producer at ComedySportz Detroit. In 2018 she was invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council and contributes to their Leadership Channel. 

Her articles on Improv for Business have appeared in Forbes, Training Magazine and HR.com. She is a TED Fellows coach and facilitates Mastermind groups for Women in Leadership.  
Rachel received her Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP®)
