I am very passionate about human potential. With 2 decades of experience, predominantly in leading Sales, Marketing & Product teams, I bring an Industry perspective and Hands on Coaching to the Science & Art of Coaching. 

Over the last 3 years of my practice, I have completed 200 hours of Coaching as per ICF standards, and 500 hours of mentoring Millennials in India. 

My focus is Life Coaching, Health & Wellness, and Leadership behaviors. What got me into Coaching was the need I felt as a Business Leader to do Crucial Conversations with my team and Stakeholders, in a context of business transformation, changing environment, disruption in the industry and driving a culture of empathetic understanding. 

I see infinite potential in Coaching, both as a personal craft and a vocation. Currently, Coaching is a pro-bono activity for me as a way to give back to society. I leverage whatever I learn through the Science of Coaching in my Leadership in Personal & Professional Life.

Finally, i see myself as a humble student of pioneers in this field.
