Regina is the Founder and CEO of Next Levels Coaching, which specializes in leadership and team development. As a PCC and ACE certified coach and trainer, Regina partners with companies, most recently ESPN and Pfizer, to offer executive coaching and training as part of her approach to building better cultures through people-first leadership and team cohesiveness.  As an Energy Master Practitioner, she utilizes a process of Energy Leadership, which helps leaders direct their energy to positively serve themselves, their teams, and by extension, the organization as a whole.
