Having been in an executive level position for five years with multiple management level roles for about 20 years, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience with leadership. Throughout my healthcare career, I've had the privilege of coaching and mentoring many leaders and those aspiring to leadership positions. It is tremendously fulfilling to see my clients achieve all their desired goals. About six years ago, I left the healthcare field to pursue professional coaching exclusively. I've completed two International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach training programs and became certified in June of 2017.   I am committed to partnering with my clients to find more joy and fulfillment in their lives.  I wholeheartedly believe coaching is life changing!

One of my greatest accomplishments has been the evolution of my career, starting out as a part-time secretary and rising to a vice president position. Along my professional journey, I pursued degrees in healthcare administration, management and communication, and management and organizational behavior graduating Summa Cum Laude. I attended school full-time (accelerated program), while working full-time and raising three children. While very challenging, it was also extremely rewarding. Because leadership has always been a love of mine, I've also held several community volunteer leadership positions. I would be amiss if I didn't include the life I've created for myself as a major accomplishment. My life is incredibly rich, meaningful and fulfilling and, it is something I continue to work at every day. My life is balanced and includes time for my highest priorities, faith and family. I have an amazing and very fulfilling career as a life and leadership coach helping others build a life and career that brings them the greatest success, joy and fulfillment. While very goal oriented and passionate about becoming my personal and professional best, I have also learned how to practice mindfulness. Being mindful, focusing on the present moment, and living a very purposeful and mission-driven life also brings me tremendous joy.
